When patients change their pouches frequently they can sometimes have residue

Cohesive Slims® are designed for people who change their pouches more frequently. Patients will experience less residue than with Cohesive® Seals.

Cohesive Slims® can be worn with convex pouches to lessen the convexity and protect the skin against any damage...Switching to a ‘soft convex’ pouch can help to eliminate the problems associated with traditional rigid convex pouches.

Some patients don’t like having to wait for paste to dry before applying the pouch.

Since Cohesive Paste does not contain alcohol, it will not dry out.

Patients find that their usual stoma paste hardens and is very uncomfortable to wear with difficult to remove residue.

Can I use seals and paste together?

Yes, Cohesive Paste® can be used to fill scars and skin folds then a Cohesive® Seal can be placed on top for extra absorption.
