I cannot access the wound to irrigate without removing the entire dressing.

Access Windows can be placed onto all but the two smallest pouches. Prior to application, they can simply be stuck onto the pouch exactly over the area which you need access to. The pouch is then cut out underneath, so that you have direct access to the wound. This prolongs the weartime of the pouch as there is no need for pouch removal to look at, dress or irrigate the wound.
