Everyone reacts differently to certain foods, regardless of whether or not they have a stoma. Combined with exercise, this is the best way to ensure a healthy lifestyle.

  • How many meals will I need to have during the day?
  • Can I still eat my favourite foods?
  • What foods are recommended to eat for my type of stoma?
  • What foods should I avoid ie. those that are most likely to cause wind, constipation, diarrhoea or blockages?
